Hotel Restaurant

Dining at Tregarthens restaurant

Eating at Tregarthen’s Hotel is a feast for all the senses. Our restaurant has spectacular views across St Mary’s Harbour to St Martin’s and the Round Island Light House. Our elegant Garden Terrace is perfect for enjoying a leisurely alfresco lunch, a proper Cornish cream tea or an evening drink, whilst taking in unparalleled views of Tresco and Bryher. Here, you’ll find it’s all too easy to lose an afternoon watching the boats come and go across the harbour.

Surrounded as we are by a bountiful supply of fish and shellfish it would be odd if the menu at Tregarthen’s Hotel didn’t feature a mouth-watering array of fresh, locally caught seafood. We use seasonal, local produce wherever possible, and all of our dishes are freshly prepared. If you have a taste for lobster, it’s worth remembering that you’ll need to order a day in advance, since our trusty fisherman delivers it live on the day it will be served (subject to weather conditions).

On Sundays, we serve a magnificent gala buffet of fresh local meats, fish, shellfish and seasonal salads, so you can sample a range of the region’s finest delicacies, all in one sitting.
